Harmony Animal Hospital and Pet Resort & Spa is committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment for your pets while in our care. We will make every effort to keep your animal safe, secure, and healthy. Should your pet become ill or injured while in the care of Harmony Animal Hospital and Pet Resort & Spa, one of our highly trained veterinarians will perform a thorough physical exam to assess the extent and nature of the illness. or injury. An exam will only be performed if it is considered necessary by one of our attending veterinarians.
In the unlikely event that a life-threatening situation occurs with your pet while in Harmony’s care, we will immediately begin to initiate life-saving measures for your pet while attempting to contact you right away.
As the pet’s owner, I have listed all of my contact numbers and give permission to the person(s) below to make medical and financial decisions regarding the care of my pet in the event of any illness or injury sustained while in the care of Harmony Animal Hospital.
