We see scheduled appointments and urgent work-in appointments, and we offer drop-off appointments at no additional charge. We perform dentistry and routine surgery on Monday through Friday.

Appointments:

We will send an email reminder 3 days prior and a text reminder 2 days before your scheduled time. Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, we may need to release your time slot to another patient.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a $50 charge to your account.

To maintain our appointment schedule and not keep other clients waiting, we ask for your understanding that clients arriving after their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule

Patient Arrival Policy

For safety reasons, we ask that all dogs and cats be on a leash or in a proper carrier when visiting us. For new patients, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the new patient & new client paperwork (you may also download the forms from our website and bring them with you if you prefer).

Payment Policy

Thank you for your payment at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A $500 deposit is required before treatment begins for referral surgeries and same-day emergency surgeries.
