We see scheduled appointments, urgent work-in appointments, and we offer drop off appointments at no additional charge. We perform dentistry and routine surgery on Monday through Fridays.

Patient Arrival Policy

For safety reasons, we ask that all dogs and cats be on a leash or in a proper carrier when visiting us.  For new patients, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the new patient & new client paperwork (you may also download the forms from our website and bring them with you if you prefer).

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that provides special veterinary financing options for those clients who may need it. To sign up, all it takes is a quick application with approval dependent on a credit check.  Once approved, Harmony Animal Hospital offers two types of payment options with CareCredit.  For any purchases under $200, payment in full is due when you receive the bill (usually around 20 days after purchase).  For purchases over $200, you may choose 6 month DEFERRED interest. You will need to make minimum monthly payments on your CareCredit account and pay the balance in full by the end of the promotional period to avoid interest charges from the original purchase date. For new CareCredit accounts: Purchase APR is 26.99%; Minimum Interest Charge is $2.

Please note that Harmony Animal Hospital must abide by the CareCredit agreement requiring that only the Authorized User(s) on the account can present the CareCredit card for payment of services. If you have a CareCredit account and would like to add a user, please call the Customer Care Center toll-free at (866) 893-7864.
