He graduated from the University of Florida in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in finance and minoring in real estate. Upon graduation, Jason remained local to the University of Florida, establishing a career with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as a financial advisor, and later as a salesman and customer support specialist for a large regional supply company. He was then given the unique opportunity to work for the University of Florida Tissue Bank where he climbed the administrative ranks and was asked to open a satellite office branch in Los Angeles, California.
After several years in southern California, Jason and Dr. Jodi decided to move to the Triangle area of North Carolina. Jason then worked for Fresenius Medical Care as the area manager for seven branches of their dialysis treatment centers. Afterwards, and with his strong entrepreneurial spirit, he decided to go to work for himself rehabbing dilapidated homes here in the Raleigh area. He obtained a real estate broker’s license and still enjoys investment real estate.
Jason jumped at the chance when Dr. Jodi proposed opening their very own veterinary hospital and has been by her side during the entire process. His real estate construction background helped when building the hospital and his previous medical, managerial, and financial experience makes him a well-qualified practice administrator.
Jason loves being a father of three and enjoys traveling, having new experiences, and learning to golf in his spare time. He hopes to learn how to play the guitar one day. He’s a huge animal lover and proudly owns dogs, cats, and chickens!
